New CEO at ACCPAC

Bob Toth takes the helm at ACCPAC INTERNATIONAL

February 8, 1999 -- ACCPAC INTERNATIONAL announced a change at the head of its corporate organization last week.

Bob Toth replaces Rick Wysocki as the CEO effective immediately.

Mr. Toth has been with ACCPAC INTERNATIONAL as a Senior VP for the last 15 years. He started the Qualified Installer (QI) program for ACCPAC years ago.

ACCPAC Business Partners and Solutions Partners listened in last Wednesday to a teleconference/interview with Mr. Toth.

He said that the reason for the leadership change is to improve performance at ACCPAC and to address lingering support and production problems.

Mr. Toth said that communications with customers, dealers, developers, and consultants needs to be improved across the board.

He also said ACCPAC would be working hard to improve the efficiency of their product delivery system.
