Your BPI Backup problems are over NOW! QuikBACC 2000 makes your BPI Backup Company command work under any version of DOS, or Windows 98.

And if you want to backup BPI from a DOS PC and restore to a Windows PC, or vice versa, QuikBACC 2000 is for you.

Installation instructions are below. It’s easy!

First, you need to buy QuikBACC ($49.) Then you can download it and install it.

Either buy online here, or order by phone by calling us at (800) 256-1786. QuikBACC costs $49.

When you buy QuikBACC, you will receive your unlocking code for QuikBACC 2000. 

After you have received your unlocking code, proceed with the following directions...

Creating a QUIKBACC 2000 Install Disk via downloading

Click the Print button on your web browser to print out this page now.

First, format a diskette. We'll assume it is in drive A:

When you begin your download in a minute, if you are then prompted where you want to put the downloaded file, specify A:\QB2000.EXE.

If you are not prompted for a download path, your web browser will probably put the file in its own special download directory. You'll have to use something like Windows Explorer after the download is finished to find QB2000.EXE and copy it to your blank diskette in drive A:

Once the download has completed, get to a MSDOS prompt (perhaps C:\WINDOWS). The following instructions assume you downloaded QB2000.EXE to your A:\ directory. Change the directions accordingly if otherwise.

Where it says ****** below, substitute the unlocking password you were given when you registered. You will not be prompted for a password. Rather, you will enter the code as part of what you type to create your installation diskette.

Enter the code right after "qb  -s", without any spaces between the "-s" and the code. The code must be entered in all lower case.

With your diskette still in drive A:, enter the following:

a: (this will give you an A: prompt)
qb2000   -s*******

The QuikBACC 2000 files will decompress themselves, giving you  a QuikBACC 2000 install disk.

To install QuikBACC 2000 into BPI, enter C: (or whatever drive BPI is installed on), and from the C: prompt, enter

a:install

You will then have opportunity to print out the QuikBACC 2000 documentation as part of QuikBACC’s installation. The remaining instructions will then be available to you through the printed documentation (The printed instructions are exactly the same as what you can see and print out here.)
