Recall a quotation to a client and make it a sales order. Recall the sales order and make it an invoice! The BPI Accounting II Order Entry component provides for easy entry and printing of quotations, sales orders and invoices for both on-account and walk-in customers.

With Order Entry, you will find the invoice detail you need close at hand when you choose from a list of services, special items, miscellaneous charges or labor rates. You can even maintain a price list independent of Inventory Control.

The benefits of a truly integrated accounting package become clear when you use tax tables set up in the Accounts Receivable component to calculate and report sales taxes and taxable sales for multiple taxing authorities, handling up to 999 lines per invoice.

Once you have entered an invoice, picking slips can be printed with a list of the goods to be chosen from the warehouse shelves for packaging and shipping. Then you can go on to print a packing slip with a complete list of goods packaged, with no extra typing or formatting.

After the box is packed and scaled, shipping labels including the customer "ship to" addresses, can be produced.
