Automate All Your Payroll Processes

You can offer your employees a wide variety of deductions and readily meet government reporting requirements with our full-featured, yet flexible, payroll system.

The BPI Accounting II US Payroll component handles multiple state payroll processing, and calculates employer’s FUTA and SUTA tax liability. The system allows up to 20 optional deductions per company, with up to six optional deductions assigned per employee.

Payroll deductions supported include cafeteria plan, IRA, 401k, 403b, and wage garnishment.

First, assign employees to weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly pay frequencies. Then choose from three methods of paying each employee: salaried, hourly and commissioned. Specify up to five different hourly rates and choose from three methods of calculating commissions.

Up to 20 different commission schedules can be defined for each company. Finally, process payroll and print checks automatically for all or selected employees.

Sick and vacation pay will be tracked with a minimum of effort, and magnetic media W-2s can be produced when tax season comes around.

Reports include payroll checks, taxing authority remittance checks, W-2s, earnings reports, 941 information, payroll check registers, quarterly wage statements, commission reports, employee list, and employee deductions and tax information.
